In general,we can send the samples with total amount under USD10.00 and total quantity less than 3 pcs based on Freight Collect, for some special items, it will be charged.

Printed catalog and full price lists
For the reasons of upcoming new products, we are very sorry that we can not offer printed catalog and full price lists to you, in general, we will place new products to our website in time, so you are welcome to often visit our website. once you have joined our mail list, if we will release our new products or some other promotion information, you will be informed by email immediately.

OEM/ODM orders
All the OEM/ODM orders are welcome.

Delivery Time
Always fast delivery, in general, it is stock or 3-40 days depend on your requirements and detailed items.

Shipment
As for shipment, we have a rich experience for exporting business , have many options for your choice, we can ship by sea, air cargo, and Express courier (UPS,DHL,Fedex,TNT,EMS) for your requirements.

Payments
At present ,we can accept T/T (Telecom Transfer) and transferring Western Union , for the order are more than USD50,000 ,we may accept L/C at sight.
We never accept Credit Cards.

Replacement:

Problem unit which is unblemished in appearance and quality problem is not man-made can exchange with our warranty card within 90 days, in terms of you pay the freight.

Guarantee:

1.we can repair for you for free in the problems caused by normal operation in the terms you paid the freight and supplying the related bills.

2.if the problems caused by man-made including operation in wrong ways, unblemished in appearance and so on, we will collect some fee to repair for you in considering with the situation.
